Using Agile contracts and projects in a non-agile world
What can we learn from applying Agile contracts in real projects?
Agile projects is no longer a new scary thing in Denmark (or for that matter in most nordic countries). In the public sector, IT og Telestyrelsen have worked as a client to Agile projects for the last 4 years. I will share our learnings, from contracting to fulfillment, and in particular on the Agile contracts we use to constitute the framework for these projects.
Learning objectives: How to work with contracts for agile projects, a clients view as first-mover within agile methodology, from failure to success within agile public projects.
