Kanban Applied
Kanban is a Lean process framework for improving flow of value and evolutionary improvement.
The goal of this course is to introduce you to kanban and give you the skills to design and apply Kanban as a working process driving evolutionary change in software and operations.

Prerequisites
We ask that you have a basic understanding of Agile before the course starts. If this is new please read at least one of the following books/papers:
- Scrum and XP From The Trenches
- Kanban and Scrum, making the most of both
- Prioritera, leverera, fokusera - snabbguide till Lean, Agile, XP
Registration:
- The price includes food, snacks, and course material.
