Kanban Applied

Kanban is a Lean process framework for improving flow of value and evolutionary improvement.
The goal of this course is to introduce you to kanban and give you the skills to design and apply Kanban as a working process driving evolutionary change in software and operations.

  • Negotiating SLA's with stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement
  • Metrics and reporting

We ask that you have a basic understanding of Agile before the course starts. If this is new please read at least one of the following books/papers:

Mattias is a speaker at the Lean Software and Systems Conference 2010 an author to "Kanban and Scrum - how to make the best of both" together with Henrik.

Henrik 
Kniberg

Henrik Kniberg is an Agile/Lean Coach and boardmember in Agile Alliance. He has during the last 10 years worked as CTO at three Swedish companies and have helped several companies use Scrum and Kanban.

Henrik is an author to “Scrum and XP from the Trenches” and  “Kanban and Scrum – making the most of both” (written together with Mattias Skarin).
