Kanban Coaching Workshop - Beyond the basics. March, 29 -31

An exclusive 3-day workshop where experienced Agile/Kanban practitioners, coaches & project managers share knowledge. The workshop is led by David Anderson and limited to 8 participants.

The goal of this workshop is to enable participants to go back into the field and successfully lead Agile/Lean transitions using the Kanban approach. This is a highly interactive workshop where we share experiences and focus on real-life challenges that c­oaches typically encounter when introducing Lean and Kanban. 

After the class each partic­ipant will receive a personal endorsement from­ David Anderson.

Prerequisites

As this class aims to go beyond the basics, all participants must fulfill at least one of the following prerequisites:

  • 5 years Agile project management or coaching
  • or 1 year Kanban experience
  • or previous attendance of 2 day Kanban class plus several months experience.

What is Kanban?

Kanban is a Lean process framework f­or sof­tware ­development. It has a light-weight footprint and is based on Lean principles such as Flow and Visual Workspace. One ­of the core principles in Kanban is evolutionary improvement (evolution over revolution).
