What is Kanban?

Kanban is Lean framework that helps improve efficiency and continuous improvement, with a light weight footprint. Kanban works both in- and at the boundaries of software environments.  Support & operations is a good example.

Mattias has helped both software and sysadmin teams to improvements using Kanban. He has scaled Scrum to 10+ teams and helped an IT department restore it's trust. He is an author to the book "Kanban and Scrum - how to make the best of both" and speaks at conferences around Kanban and Lean.
