I am sometimes available for remote sessions:

  • AMA (ask me anything) session where we talk about anything that is on your mind.
    • Price: €4000 per hour.
    • Typical topics: questions about my videos/books/presentations, team coaching/mentoring, discussions about agile leadership, etc
  • Prerecorded talk followed by live remote Q&A / discussion. This comes in two flavors:
    • Price: €8000. I’ll do a short live intro, stream the talk to everyone, then stay around for up to 45 mins of Q&A or discussions.
    • Another option is to stream the talk yourself, or ask people to watch it in advance, and then I come in after for a Q&A. That equates to an AMA session (€4000 per hour).
    • Note: I rarely do live remote talks. I find that prerecorded material work better, combined with live discussion after. You will know both the length and content of the talk in advance, less risk of technical problems since the material is already online, no risk of time overrun, and I will be less exhausted after and have more energy for discussions. It also means you don’t need figure out how to record and distribute the talk.

You can book me up here (if there are slots available). The calendar slots are tentative, so please wait for a confirmation before considering it definite. If I don’t respond within a week then it is safest to assume that I’m not available. Preparation meetings are normally not needed, but they can also be booked the same way (debited as an AMA session).

All prices include a full money-back guarantee if you are dissatisfied for whatever reason.

Below is a list of some of my currently popular talks with decent recording quality. But if you find anything else online that’s fine too.

Questions? Feel free to drop me an email at henrik.kniberg@crisp.se. If I don’t respond within a week than that probably means I’m not available. Maybe one of my awesome Crisp colleagues may be able to help you instead, contact info here.

Agile, where are we at?

  • Length: 45m
  • Abstract: Everyone is talking about Agile. I stumbled into this 15+ years ago and have been living and breathing Agile since then, seeing it grow from a small movement within software, into an industry-wide revolution and then gradually become mainstream. What is this all about? And where is it headed?
  • Target audience: People who know the basics of agile already.

Feel free to suggest other talks. I have a lot of recorded talks online, the ones above are just a selection. I’ve picked some that are popular and have decent recording quality. In some cases I also re-record a talk in my studio to get better quality.
