Leaders have a significant impact on the company’s Agility and efficiency. Leaders both create the space for what is possible, while at the same time they set limitations for what can happen.
This Certified Agile Leadership course is an interactive leadership course with the goal that the leader increases his own personal awareness, knowledge and skills as an Agile leader and kick-starts his journey towards improved results.
The course is a practical application of leadership theories to lead in complex Agile contexts. The participant receives concrete models, tools and techniques that can be used directly in their own thinking, behavior and within their organizations.
You will be guided through an overall picture of Agile leadership – first from the leader’s personal perspective on how Agility affects your mindset and behavior. Next, we go through how you as a leader can build and develop high-performing teams (including management teams). Finally, we take an organizational perspective where you learn how you can effectively adapt, control and scale your organization’s Agility.
