What is generative AI? How can we use ChatGPT to boost our development productivity? How can we use the OpenAI API to build awesome products and features? We’ll go behind the hype and look into concrete hands-on ways of using this technology.
Note: we’re also doing an in-person version of this course in Stockholm on Oct 19.
Course Highlights:
- Demystifying Generative AI: Understand the core principles behind Generative AI and its potential to shape the future.
- Effective Usage of AI: Learn concrete ways that Generative AI can help your work and make your products better. We’ll go through a bunch of practical prompt engineering techniques and real-life examples.
- Hands-on workshop developing with the OpenAI API: We’ll work together hands-on and tinker with the OpenAI chat API, and also explore some advanced techniques such as embeddings and function calling. Some coding skills are useful for this part, but not required (we will be working in groups).
- Reflections and Future Implications: Share your experiences, discuss lessons learned, and contemplate the future of AI in technology and development.
After this course you will feel confident about using Generative AI in your work.
Who this course is for
This course is aimed at ”tech people” such as CTOs, developers, tech leads, and similar. We will do some coding, but coding skills aren’t required.
