I help leaders and organizations find better ways to work together, especially when the old playbook no longer fits.

The world is shifting fast. AI is changing how we build products and make decisions. Complexity is growing. The organizations that thrive won’t be the ones with the best frameworks. They’ll be the ones who learn, adapt, and collaborate well under pressure.

That’s where I come in. I coach leaders and leadership teams. I design and run learning programs. I help organizations rethink how they’re structured, how decisions get made, and how people work together. So they can handle what’s coming, not just what’s familiar.

Background

I’m an engineer by training and a coach by conviction. The shift started on the volleyball court. As a sports coach, I saw what happens when a team really clicks: trust, clarity, shared purpose, fast adaptation. When I brought that same thinking to the team I was leading at work, the results were remarkable. That experience pulled me from systems development and project management into coaching and leadership development. The best results always came through great teams and strong leadership. Not better processes alone.

I’ve spent 20+ years coaching teams and leaders across gaming, telecom, finance, fintech, the public sector, transport, and fast-growing startups. I’ve worked with everything from multinational leadership programs to hands-on team coaching. I co-organized the Agile People Sweden Conference for four years and co-hosted the Leading Complexity program for four years, both alongside internationally recognized thought leaders. Along the way I trained as a certified coach (ICF) and have studied leadership development, adult development, and complexity extensively.

I was early to Agile, working with it since the mid-90s, and that foundation still shapes how I think. But the conversation has moved on. Today I’m most interested in how leaders and organizations can navigate complexity, integrate AI thoughtfully, and build workplaces where people do meaningful work together.

I believe there are better ways to lead and organize than what most companies settle for. I want to help build organizations that are collaborative, adaptive, and purposeful. Places where people thrive, innovate, and deliver extraordinary results.

I live near Stockholm. When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors with a camera, spending time with my family, or exploring something that piques my curiosity.
