Product development and AI

I founded and am building 100flow.ai — a Swedish B2B SaaS platform for workflow management. An alternative to tools like Jira, Azure DevOps and others, built for all competencies, not just developers. 100flow is built spec-driven with Claude Code and a structured AI agent team with clearly defined roles — from product strategy to testing. It’s not a side project; it’s the result of 25 years of experience and AI-driven product development when it actually works in practice.

That experience is what I bring to clients. I lead AI transformations and help product teams integrate generative AI into their ways of working — from strategy to concrete delivery. Together with Magnus Axelqvist, I run the course AI-driven Product Development at Crisp, where we teach the methodology we use ourselves every day.

Coaching and organisational development

I have worked as a coach and advisor for over 20 years — with individuals, teams, and organisations across industries including e-commerce, cybersecurity, fintech, proptech, and SaaS. I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. Change requires leadership that understands the real problems, not just leaders with fixed ideas about the solution.

I offer both open and company-tailored courses, coaching programmes, and strategic advisory. Every engagement starts with a proper assessment — a short- or long-term plan that actually holds.
