With a background as CTO and systems architect, he combines deep technical understanding with a people-centred approach to leadership. He works with engineers, product leaders, and leadership teams to strengthen collaboration, alignment, and confidence as organisations scale their product model.
Björn regularly teaches and facilitates learning in leadership, agile ways of working, the product model, and AI-assisted product development. His focus is always on practical application, helping technical leaders turn modern principles into daily habits that enhance both delivery and culture.
At H&M and Kambi, Björn supported large-scale transformations in 500+ person environments, aligning product strategy, structure, and engineering leadership. At Odevo, he guided the shift from feature-based to empowered product teams, and at Umeå Kommun he designed and delivered an agile leadership programme for managers.
Björn’s work focuses on helping organisations scale their product model without losing autonomy or clarity, enabling teams to move from delivering features to delivering outcomes, and to thrive in complexity with rhythm, trust, and purpose.
