I work with helping companies improve their work methods using Lean principles and Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming. My interests include innovation and product development, AI, and climate transition.

• Train product owners monthly with the Certified Product Owner course at Crisp (trained 2000+ people) and occasionally at Hyper Island.
• I work as a product owner in my company (Svea Smart, which is related to solar panels).
