I have been working with software development since ’93 as a developer, architect, and Scrum Master. I have experience in various industries such as finance, charter, telecom, media, and retail.

In recent years, my focus has been on helping agile teams meet customer expectations through early and continuous delivery of valuable software. An important part of this support is the introduction of Continuous Delivery. CD helps the team deliver faster, receive quicker feedback, and bridge the gap between development and operations (DevOps). By combining CD with methods like Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD)/Test-Driven Development (TDD), the team delivers increasingly faster with improved quality. The team is also well-equipped to scale up to collaborate with other teams, for example with the help of SAFe where DevOps is a central concept. I also conduct certification courses in SAFe DevOps.
