Agile Leadership, 12-13 November 2025
Agile ways of working place entirely new demands on how an organization is structured and on the role of leaders and managers. How should one think and act as an agile leader or manager when introducing agile ways of working, or in an organization that is already agile? What pitfalls exist? What are the benefits for the company? We provide examples of opportunities and challenges, as well as tools for creating the best conditions for an effective delivery organization, based on our own and others’ experiences of agile leadership, management, and change work.
