Agil Requirements Analysis, 3-4 November 2025
Agile Requirements Analysis
How do we create requirements and specifications that truly deliver value – in a complex and ever-changing world?
This course gives you the tools to move from traditional requirements specifications to a more agile approach, where the focus is on outcomes, learning, and collaboration.
You will practice working iteratively with product vision, goals, user needs, and user stories, and learn how to combine discovery & delivery in order to both build the right thing and build it right.
You will learn how to
-
Translate vision, strategy, and goals into concrete requirements using Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
-
Create clarity around outcomes rather than outputs
-
Apply Impact Mapping and User Story Mapping – two powerful techniques for visualization and prioritization
-
Write user stories and acceptance criteria that foster shared understanding
-
Use Specification by Example and the 7 dimensions of structured conversations
-
Apply practical techniques for breaking down epics and features into manageable stories
