Certified Scrum Product Owner

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is one of Crisp’s most popular and oldest training courses. Over the past 10 years, we have worked to refine and improve this course to what it is today.

The course is aimed at Product Owners, Project Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts and Claimants, but also at anyone who is interested in understanding product ownership.

After the training, you will be certified as a Certified Scrum Product Owner by Scrumalliance.

Content and structure

This is a 2-day training where the entire course is practice-based, which means that at all times we carry out exercises in groups and then discuss the theory behind which leads to better understanding. We also use the training methodology “Training from the back of the room” and the visualization technique Bikablo.
