Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is one of Crisp's most popular and oldest training courses. Over the past 10 years, we have worked to refine and improve this course to what it is today.

The course is aimed at Product Owners, Project Managers, Program Managers, Business Analysts and Claimants, but also at anyone interested in understanding product ownership.

After the training, you will be certified as a Certified Scrum Product Owner by Scrumalliance.

At crisp, we have been offering internal Certified Scrum Master training for over 20 years. During that time, we have learned how to tailor Scrum Master training based on the needs of the company. We always start with a short meeting where we try to understand your needs. We then create a unique training that suits you and at the same time meets the Scrum Alliance requirements for what a certification course should contain. The training is always at least 2 days. We recommend that team members and product owners also participate in this training so that the entire Scrum team gets the same understanding. This leads to less conflict and greater commitment from everyone.
