Certified Agile Leadership
This course is also offered as a public course (in Swedish). See public course opportunities for Certified Agile Leadership here (Swedish).
Leaders have a significant impact on the Agility and effectiveness of the company. Leaders both create the space for what is possible, while setting limits on what can happen.
This Certified Agile Leadership course is an interactive leadership course with the goal of the leader increasing their own personal awareness, knowledge and skills as an Agile leader and kickstarting their journey towards improved results.
The course is a practical application of leadership theories to lead in complex Agile contexts. The participant receives concrete models, tools and techniques that can be used directly in their own thinking, their own behavior and within their organizations.
You will be guided through an overall picture of Agile leadership – first from the leader’s personal perspective on how Agile affects your mindset and behavior. Then we will go through how you as a leader can build and develop high-performing teams (including management teams). Finally, we take an organizational perspective where you will learn how you can effectively adapt, manage and scale your organization’s Agile.
“The course perfectly addressed our biggest need – a shared understanding of a modern management paradigm. The format was fantastic, and the course went surprisingly easy and fast. Tomas and Michael are great teachers with solid practical experience and one of the best theoretical expertise I have ever faced.”
