Joakim Sundén helps organizations in honing their ability to develop products that customers love and also drive business success. His work frequently involves collaborating with leadership to create an environment where empowered product teams can discover and deliver innovative solutions.
From 2011 to 2017 he worked as an Agile Coach at Spotify where he was part of a group of people working together with the CTO to develop Spotify,s Product Model (“The Spotify Model”) with Autonomous Squads (aka Empowered Product Teams), Tribes, Chapters and Guilds.
Joakim is frequently speaking and teaching on topics such as Spotify’s Product Model, Empowered Product Teams and Organizations, Agile & Product Leadership and Strategy (e.g., OKRs).
Joakim is the co-author of Kanban In Action (Manning, 2014).
