Crisp Agile Coach Program, spring 2023
Do you want to learn what it means to be an effective Agile Coach? Do you want to be mentored by our experienced Agile Coaches who can help you facilitate your organization’s journey towards high-performing empowered teams? Do you want to do it in a way that combines theory and practice, increasing your chances of successfully applying your knowledge in real-life situations? Then our program is for you.
This year, for the first time ever, we offered our tried and tested program that we’ve previously only been running with clients, as a public program, open to everyone. The program is currently running and we’re so happy about how it’s working out that we have decided to run a second cohort in 2023!
What is the difference between a course and a program?
A course can be a great experience but it is often like going to a great movie: when the movie ends, you are back to reality and nothing has changed. You may feel inspired but you have not really changed. Lasting change in mindset and behavior requires practice over time. That is why we need a program that lets you practice over time and allows you to build a community.
Our Agile Coach Program
The program combines theory with insights gained from practicing the theory to allow for positive learning feedback loops. We do that by spreading a 4 day workshop out over a 3 months period. We kickstart the program with a 2 day startup that allows the participants to get to know each other, clarify expectations and set their learning goals. We follow up with shorter learning labs, 3-4 hours every other week, online. We also support and coach each participant individually between each learning lab.
Expected program outcomes
- Developing individual Agile Coaching skills.
- Building a “learning community” of Agile Coaches for sustained continued learning
- Each participant delivers an outcome in their organization as an integrated part of the program by leading their own change initiative within the program
