Giuseppe De Simone

Giuseppe is a globally recognized Agile expert with guide-level certifications from Scrum Alliance, including Certified Scrum Trainer, Enterprise Coach, and Team Coach. With a Master’s in Electronic Engineering from the University of Naples, he began as a software developer in 1999 and has spent two decades in product development. His early experiences, including international telecom/IT projects, ignited his passion for understanding effective team collaboration.

After intensive training with top-tier Agile coaches, Giuseppe transitioned to an Agile coach and trainer role in 2010. He has since empowered numerous individuals, teams, and organizations to adopt Agile methodologies for more human-centric work environments. His expertise spans Agile leadership, change management, software craftsmanship, Agile scaling, and coaching. With roles varying from Scrum Master to Product Owner and management coach, he has hands-on Agile experience.
