Certified ScrumMaster Followup, April 13 2016
This is a unique opportunity to spend a day with Jeff Sutherland (co-creator of Scrum) and Henrik Kniberg (author of 3 books on Scrum, Product Ownership in a nutshell video, and Spotify Engineering Culture videos).
The purpose of the course is to deepen your knowledge as CSM or CSPO and address your real-life questions and concerns. We will discuss things like distributed teams, scaling, organizational change, agile leadership, or whatever topic is on your mind.
The course is aimed at Certified Scrum Masters, Certified Product Owners, and others with similar education, so we can skip the basics and go directly to the meaty parts.
Who this course is for
Certified Scrum Masters or Certified Product Owners (regardless of actual role) who want to deepen their knowledge.
Prerequisites
Ideally you are a Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner, but if you have taken some other similar course on Scrum that is fine. We want to make sure all participants have a common theoretical base as this course builds on that knowledge.
