10 year anniversary! Henrik and Jeff’s first course together was May 2007, almost exactly 10 years ago! And since then they have co-trained almost 30 times.
Who this course is for
We ask that you have a basic understanding of Scrum before the course starts.

The course is partly participant-driven, but we will probably cover most of these topics:
- Why Scrum works – connection with Lean, Systems Thinking, Complex Adaptive Systems, Queuing Theory, and more.
- Managing requirements with the product backlog and sprint backlog.
- Planning & estimation.
- Sprint troubleshooting and followup.
- Roles and responsibilities.
- Testing.
- Technical debt.
- Case studies & common pitfalls.
Prerequisites
Please read at least one of the following books/papers:
- Scrum Guide – Scrum Alliance
- Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time – Jeff Sutherland
- The power of scrum– Jeff Sutherland, Rini Van Solinberg, & Eelco Rustenberg
