We are pleased to welcome you to an exclusive training in Deliberately Developmental Organizations (DDO) facilitated Harvard professor Robert Kegan.
Following Robert Kegan’s life-long journey of researching and promoting human development, growth and change the DDO is a comprehensive framework to drive large scale human development in organizations. As the title of the book where DDO is described (“An Everyone Culture”) suggests the agenda of development is not for the privileged few but for everybody. Such ambition requires careful design, cultural awareness, and sensitivity, enabling structures and powerful tools.
- An immersive experience of how to create the conditions for any organization, including that of the workshop itself, to pursue the path of being a Deliberately Developmental Organization on every level.
- A live experience of how to deploy the activities within the DDO framework to explore how these can be applied in real life to promote growth in a population.
- The workshop blend focus on individual development in an organizational context with designing a culture which promotes growth in the three DDO-dimensions: Home (support), Edge (challenge), and Groove (practices).
