Team Coaching in Practice, April 26-27 2018
In this class you will experience how to build teams and grow them hands-on. We will cover: starting up teams, defining ways of working, growing a team and evolving culture! You will also get a chance to learn how to handle a new coach being introduced to a team.
For two days we will be simulating a company with several delivery teams. You will be responsible for getting the teams up and running. Throughout the course you will be faced with situations where you will formulate action plans, put them into practice, then do a debrief to accelerate your learning. Management will make some decisions or requests along the way that will help you learn what you can look for when challenging or unexpected situations occur.
