Neil Cook

Neil was one of the first adopters of agile at team level in SimCorp, which paved the way for a company-wide SAFe transformation on which he was active in getting off the ground. Neil’s day to day role spans from working with teams on adopting agile practices & mindset, pushing technical practices such as CI & CD which are key to any modern software company wanting to change how they work, to working with senior management on organisational impediments & strategy.
