I höstas fick vi besök av BBC som uppmärksammat vårt innovativa sätt att driva företaget. Efter år av experimenterande har vi landat i en struktur utan VD där samtliga har samma rättigheter och skyldigheter vad gäller beslutsfattande om företagets drift och framtid. [In English] After years of experimenting with different management structures, we at Crisp have eventually converged on a structure where all have equal rights as well as obligations regarding decisions about how the company is run – both on a daily basis as well as where we are going in the future.
