    • Another option is to stream the talk yourself, or ask people to watch it in advance, and then I come in after for a Q&A. That equates to an AMA session (€2000 per hour or €3000 for two hours).
  • Live remote talk followed by Q&A / discussion.
    • Price: €7000
    • Session length: up to 2 hours (includes presentation and Q&A).
    • Includes a prep meeting to discuss your context.
  • Live onsite talk followed by Q&A / discussion

Are distributed teams the new normal?

  • Abstract: Agile is based on the idea of co-location – team members sitting in the same room communicating face-to-face. But the pandemic turned all this upside down. The past few years the world has unwillingly been part of massive unplanned experiment in remote collaboration – teams all around the world went from being fully co-located to being fully distributed, with no time to prepare.
