Here are some things I can do for you. See my FAQ for contact info.

Special offer: AI kickstart workshop

  • Generative AI technology (such as GPT) is dramatically changing the world. Organizations need to deeply understand and apply this technology on a daily basis, or they will be unable to compete with those who do.
  • I offer a half-day or whole-day workshop for organizations looking into generative AI (GPT etc), both for productivity and product/service development. Ideal for a leadership team or product team.
    • We start with an inspirational talk about generative AI – what it is, why it matters, what you can do with it, how to develop products with it, limitations, etc. The talk includes plenty of conrete examples. Then we discuss your context and brainstorm how you can use this technology in your organization and your products. Finally we identify concrete actions and experiments that you can start doing immediately.
    • The difference between half-day and full-day is that we have more time to go deeper into your context and questions if we do the full day.
    • Pricing, onsite Stockholm: €4000 (half day), €8000 (full day).
    • Pricing, remote: €3000 (half day), €6000 (full day)

Standard offers:

  • AMA (ask me anything) remote session where we talk about anything that is on your mind.
    • Price: €2000 for one hour, or €3000 for two hours.
    • Typical topics: practical application of generative AI, questions about my videos/books/presentations, team coaching/mentoring, discussions about agile leadership, org change, product design, music…. anything really 🙂
  • Prerecorded remote talk followed by Q&A / discussion. This comes in two flavors:
    • Price: €5000. I’ll do a short live intro, stream the talk to everyone, then stay around for up to 1 hour of Q&A or discussions.
    • Another option is to stream the talk yourself, or ask people to watch it in advance, and then I come in after for a Q&A. That equates to an AMA session (€2000 per hour or €3000 for two hours).
  • Live remote talk followed by Q&A / discussion.
    • Price: €7000
    • Session length: up to 2 hours (includes presentation and Q&A).
    • Includes a prep meeting to discuss your context.
  • Live onsite talk followed by Q&A / discussion
    • Price: €8000 (Stockholm), €10000 (Sweden outside Stockholm), €12000 (Europe outside Sweden), €14000 (outside Europe).
    • Includes up to half a day of Q&A, discussion, or workshops.
    • Includes a prep meeting to discuss your context.

You can book me up here (if there are slots available). The calendar slots are tentative, so please wait for a confirmation before considering it definite. If I don’t respond within a week then it is safest to assume that I’m not available. Preparation meetings are normally not needed for AMA and prerecorded talks.

All prices include a full money-back guarantee if you are dissatisfied for whatever reason.

Below is a list of some of my currently popular talks with decent recording quality. But if you find anything else online that’s fine too.

Are distributed teams the new normal?

  • Length: 45m
  • Abstract: Agile is based on the idea of co-location – team members sitting in the same room communicating face-to-face. But the pandemic turned all this upside down. The past few years the world has unwillingly been part of massive unplanned experiment in remote collaboration – teams all around the world went from being fully co-located to being fully distributed, with no time to prepare. This is not temporary, many teams are now settling on a remote-first or hybrid setup. What can we learn from this? What does co-location even mean in a post-pandemic era?
  • Target audience: People who work in distributed or hybrid teams, or leaders in such environments.

What is this all about? And where is it headed?
  • Target audience: People who know the basics of agile already.
