Jennie Mårtensson

I am a coach who has a passion for working with individuals, teams and organizations. I have experience from different business areas (e.g games, retail, bank & finance, governmental) and roles/skills (e.g developer, scrum master, agile coach, team coach, organizational coach, product leader coach, business developer, product owner, engineering manager).

I like to work in different types of companies and work environments where there is a need and possibility for improvement in that context. I teach in different trainings and programs within the areas of product management and leadership, both public and customized for companies.

I enjoy working with product development as well as with people development, both coaching and hands-on helping out. I offer individual professional coaching for leaders and executives. I have a diploma in coach training that corresponds to the education requirements for a PCC certification and I am a member of ICF.

My focus is people first which often leads to good relations and trust and I have an open, curious and genuine way of helping out whatever the challenge.
