We are happy to have Alistair Cockburn with us that evening. Alistair pretty much invented Agile. He co-authored the Agile Manifesto, wrote the original book Agile Software Development (and many other books), and started the first agile software development conference. He’s also a funny guy and a great speaker 🙂
- 18:00 – 18:30 Finger food and beverages
- 18:30 – 19:00 Henrik will talk about agile scaling, illustrating how Spotify organizes 30 development teams spread across 3 cities using Squads, Tribes, Guilds, and Chapters.
- 19:15 – 20:15 Alistair will do a 1 hour seminar, topic chosen by you and the other participants on location.
- 20:15 – ?: Finger food and great discussions.
(NOTE: Alistair and Henrik are also doing a 2 day Advanced Agile course on October 1-2).
