So you have been running as an RTE for a few program increments. You are probaly wondering: ”how can I run the Agile Release Train smoother, quicker and easier?” Then this class is for you. Through experiential learning, attendees will examine the RTE role in a Lean-Agile transformation. They will learn how to facilitate ART processes and execution, coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new processes and mindsets. They will also learn how to improve preparation, planning and execution of the full cycle of events keeping the train on the tracks.
