Johann Entz-von Zerssen is an executive coach, seasoned consultant and facilitator who is energized by working with people and organizations who are committed to change and willing to embrace new ideas. His humour and playfulness enables clients to engage difficult topics without drama and his directness coupled with intuition ensures that his clients stay on course of their goals.
His inspiration is to help his clients reach their full potential and awareness to adequately and competently meet the ever increasing entrepreneurial and life complexity. His training style is experiential, scientifically based and deeply rooted in the practical.

He has worked closely with leaders at all levels in both SMEs and multinational organizations. Johann is on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). He is a founding member and past president of the International Coach Federation (ICF) chapter in Germany as well as a past member of the Board of Directors of the ICF.
