Democratizing Leadership Development April 28, 2022
We realize today that leadership is a competitive advantage and this means we need everyone involved!
To do this, we need to take advantage of the everyday challenges to have everyone in the organization learn the skills that enable leadership – to be agile about learning leadership.
These development opportunities are all around us – we just need to recognize how to learn from them! To do this, we need to learn from our thinking, as it can be a rich source of feedback.
If we can actually see, or visualize, the feedback on our thinking, then we can accelerate our development to become the leader.
Physical skills are easy to practice with concrete feedback. But leadership skills are abstract and originate from our thought and emotional processes. How do you practice that effectively?
Join our session to learn more.
You will:
- Get exposed to and experience micro skill development
- Learn about proprioception of thought – how can we notice feedback on our thinking to accelerate learning?
The session is led by Jonathan Reams (leadership researcher, program designer, executive coach) and Michael Göthe (Agile Organizational Coach at Crisp)
It will be a “hybrid event.” For those who want to meet at the Crisp office in central Stockholm, there will be lite snacks and physical socializing! As well we will stream it over Zoom to enable broader participation.
