Team Coaching in Practice, May 28-29 2018
In this class we focus on coaching teams hands-on. The work you do day to day beyond just scheduling meetings. We work through questions like:
What is the coach role?
How do you help the team become more aware of their options, and help them take on more responsibility?
What is your responsibility as coach?
How do you manage hairy team issues?
Throughout the course you will have the opportunity to formulate action plans, put them into practice, and follow up with a debrief to accelerate your learning.
Who this course is for
- You’re a new Team Coach or Scrum Master, you’ve attended a CSM and now you want to know how to work with teams in practice!
Learning outcomes for this course
You will leave this class with tools and ideas to help your strengthen your current team, and you will have formulated a set of experiments ready to try out.
Prerequisites
This class is not an introduction to Agile or Scrum. You already know the basics, and have some experience working with or on a team.
